Consider our “Day Of” Coordination Services as an affordable
alternative to having a Wedding Planner!
Day Of Coordination Includes:

One meeting 30-60 days prior to your
wedding to map out the flow of events for your big day!

One of our consultants as your "point
person", arriving prior to the ceremony the day of and
staying with you for as long as you need assistance (up to
the cutting of the cake).
A consultant will be on hand to deal with
other vendors (florist, caterer, photographer, videographer,
musicians, DJs, etc.). A detailed time schedule for the day
will be mapped out, and we will be able to gather and prepare
the bridal party, groomsmen, etc. for ceremony processional,
photos and for any other special parts of the day.
We will plan every step of the day with you. We will ensure
that we are informed, in detail, on every part of the event so
that when your special day finally arrives, you can leave
everything up to us. If anything comes up that needs you or
your loved ones' attention, we would be able to handle it all.
We would have the names and numbers of every single person
involved in any part of your ceremony (not only vendors, but
bridesmaids, parents, groomsmen, etc.), so that you wouldn't
have to worry about a thing.
You are able to request more than one meeting with us (one
meeting is included in original price). If you would like your
consultant to be present and coordinating for the wedding
rehearsal the day before, we are able to do so as well. These
services are at an added charge, as shown below. All prices
are fixed; we won't ever add any fees or charges.
